Etant indépendant, j'ai dû me résoudre à apprendre à vendre, n'ayant comme image du vendeur que celle du bourrin harcelant qui veut vous fourguer ses savonnettes sans même vous écouter. J'ai découvert Eric sur Linked In, presque par hasard, et j'ai aimé son style et ses valeurs. Lors de la formation, il a réussi à me faire aimer la vente et mieux : être fier de vendre ce que j'ai à vendre à mes clients.
