During the time we worked together, he did an outstanding job of understanding the project requirements, transposing them into a workable design, allocating to specific code enhancements, testing and implementing the changes into production. He established tremendous working relationships with the onshore development management & development personnel. He was an effective manager and had the trust of his team to accomplish their roles.
