As a community rugby coach I go into primary and secondary schools to increase the quality of physical activity. Whilst in school during lunch time, rugby skill based games are utilised to make fitness fun for all the pupils. PE lessons are for up-skilling pupils as are the after school clubs. Throughout my community coaching I am constantly having to adapt and overcome situations, from varying numbers to varied abilities and various group dynamics which, I feel is increasing my interpersonal skills. Race Director– Venue Managing/Customer Service/Front of House/Technical support. This consisted of liaising with customer’s face-to-face, receiving and processing email and phone calls. Delivering driver briefings, running children’s parties, corporate events, stag parties and race evenings. Through this process I gained computer rebuild knowledge. Improved IT skills including MS office suite, cash handling, debit and visa card transactions and general day-to-day running of the centre.
