I worked with Katy on a speed-to-market initiative for launching Cachet’s global WordPress Multisite – a project that was at a stall for a year. One of our agencies recommended they contract her special skillsets to assist in moving the needle. Within her first few weeks, she delivered; providing a detailed evaluation of the current status, developed a new timeline, tenacious in ensuring new deadlines were met and forecasted future inflection points to the global c-suite to proactively minimize any further delays in launching.
