Laina was amazing to work with. She helped my family book several vacations, often at the last minute. Laina was always friendly, helpful, efficient and effortlessly professional. When my mother had a medical emergency while on vacation Laina was there by phone immediately helping take care of all necessary changes in travel arrangements.
