Master Thesis: An Environmental and Economic Case Study of Local Beer Production in Tuscany - A Scenario Approach The purpose of my study was finding out if beer produced with geothermal energy environmentally and/or economically better is than the production of beer with other primary energy sources and to find out what the best options are to improve the environmental sustainability of a brewery in Tuscany, without compromising the quality of the beer and their economic sustainability.
