The Compliance Manager (CM) is responsible for ensuring Greenleaf adheres to all state regulations under the Ohio Medical Marijuana Control Program (MMCP) working closely with both Board of Pharmacy (BoP) & Dept. of Commerce (DoC) regulators. CM role is an all-encompassing no fail role that requires a strong responsible leader who is process oriented able to handle great responsibility and leadership in touching all aspects of operations. CM will be a key auditor of METRC, the state’s seed-to-sale software, in strict adherence, compliance, and accurate reporting as designated in internal SOPs and OAC 3796.
