I received training from Ventura Solutions between June and August of 2017 in the area of Medical Device Design Controls and Risk Management. The training consisted of weekly meetings via Google Hangouts where I along with three others worked on a project involving a medical device currently available on the market. We were tasked with creating a design history file, including writing user needs and design inputs for a particular device. We would collaborate on the project during the meetings while being advised by the Ventura Solutions instructor. With this training, I gained an understanding of the Design Control and Risk Management process and it allowed me to gain real-world communication skills through the various teambuilding exercises integrated into the training sessions. This training played a major part in helping me land my first job as a Development Engineer in the medical device industry after graduation. I highly recommend going through Chuck’s Ventura Solution’s Design Controls and Risk Management training courses if you want to get your foot in the door in the medical device field or even just improve your current education in this space.

Charles is a rare blend of technical expertise + super communication skills. During combination product risk management and design control projects, Charles was assigned as an SME to communicate to clients on very deep technical info as well as put together strategic insights. I would highly recommend Charles for any engineering, quality or similar work.
