I had the great pleasure to work with Gabe as a prospective employee and on several occasions as a hiring manager. Gabe was the first representative of the hiring company with whom I spoke. During those early conversations he clearly and transparently delineated the company’s need, and expertly targeted questions to determine whether I was a match. After joining the company, I worked with Gabe to fill several positions. He interviewed me to gain perspective on the attributes of the position and the ideal candidate. The applicants whom I then interviewed were exactly in line with our vision, and I believe we hired the best candidates in the market.
