Robyn is one of the most prolific executives I’ve worked with. Under her leadership I witnessed first-hand her ability to navigate through difficult situations while maintaining a calm a professional demeanor. She holds an incredible talent of articulating ideas in ways that very few people can. Robyn has been phenomenal in giving shape to some of the innovative marketing tactics of our organization. Through various campaigns and initiatives Robyn’s leadership provided access to patient care to over 100,000 Oklahomans. She has been an asset for the marketing department of our organization, and yet, she never stepped back from overseeing other departments, like Human Resources, Adolescent Health Education, Provider Credentialing, and Farm Worker Program. Robyn has successfully implemented strategic plans to open various new locations for Variety Care. She will be a dynamic addition to any executive team in healthcare, or any large organization.

Strong Human Resources leader and mentor are my first thoughts about Robyn. I reported to Robyn both directly and indirectly over 5 years within our HR department. Her encouragement and support for training and development was extremely beneficial to building our team. Robyn lead our team in several projects, from audits for compliance and process improvements, implementation of employee recognition program, team building exercises, policies and procedures, and much more. Her future team will benefit from a high-energy, mission focused, strong leader, who will is able to relate to her employees on both professional and personal levels. I wish her the best in her new endeavor, and congratulate her future employer on a committed and driven hire.
