  My passion is creating original work and training artists to have agency as well as craft. I believe that a solid career training will prepare you to earn paycheques as well as to write them one day. I work in traditional theatre, postdramatic performance and film. My pedagogical stance blends learner-centred, emancipatory methods with goal-oriented, tightly framed skills training. My projects in Canada and abroad have included adaptations of classic texts, original works, interdisciplinary arts, traditional staging, immersive/promenade staging and performance art installations.

  Experienced in writing independently and collaboratively for the stage, screen and page. I have written fiction for the gaming industry as well as technical/instructional writing for software companies. My most recent publication is an acting textbook.

  Over nearly 15 years of practical experience, I saw the state of the internet progress from static HTML to the dynamic environment it is today. I managed bespoke solutions for clients in Spain, France, Turkey, Japan, Canada and the USA. Projects ranged from web-brochures for an independent corporeal mime studio to online resources for an internationally syndicated television series about health and wellness.
