Utilize creative teaching methods to include but not limited to various questioning techniques, think-a-louds, modeling, hands on activities, short video clips, trial and error, shared learning, cooperative learning, and computer programs, i.e. Compass Learning Odyssey which allows for Individualized Interactive Lessons. The students that I teach have a primary math teacher in whom I work with in a Professional Learning Community, and we target each student's weaknesses and maintain their strengths. Over the past couple of years, I have seen a growth of about 300% on my QDI scores. This correlates to a lot of our students passing the states' High Stakes Exam, which ultimately, positively affects the overall QDI scores for our School and District. {I've matriculated through a very intense Educational Leadership Program at WCU, which garners high accolades regionally and nationally. I plan to take and pass my Principal's Licensure Exam in October, 2013.

Trained all new sales members, delivery team, and warehouse workers on success in everything we do. Our store become the model store for the SW Region. Coordinated with Vice President to travel to our sister store in Houston Texas with a 3-Man Team to revamp their inventory control process on a 4-Day assignment. Within 3 short months, this store became one of the top stores in the company nationwide. I conducted weekly Team Meetings, Goal Settings, Custom Service Management, etc... {After the '9-11 Incident' our Rent Roll took a major dip; therefore, I coordinated with the V.P. to conduct tent sales around the city to make up for the Rent Revenue shortfalls. We had several profitable ventures to include one brief stint of making $58,000 in cash sales over 4 short days; 2nd Highest in the company. Despite our successes, the company was built on maintaining a steady Rent Roll which led to me being "Laid off due to decrease in Rental Revenue". I was offered a start up business within the company in Houston, but I refused. I decided to go back to college for the next year.} Show less Led/ Managed a Sales Team and Delivery Team in setting up furniture for individual and corporate suites for temporary/ extended living conditions.
