Mary Collins
Cathy joined our department as a patient access liaison. She learned the role quickly and became an expert in handling complex patient insurance issues. She was instrumental in developing workflows and procedures which helped train others and reduced billing denials. She is a lifelong learner who values education and went back to school for business. She easily transitioned to a new role in the department focused on the department finances and operations. Again she proved her skills- analyzing systems and suggesting Improvements. I am not surprised she is taking on a new adventure/challenge by seeking a degree in analytics. I have no doubts she will succeed and take the next steps to advance her career in the field of data analytics. Mary Collins
