I worked with Heather when she organized the Cal Sailing Club's "fast track" event. The event's goal is to teach students how to become competent sailors within a week of instruction. As one can imagine, there was much coordination involved with more than dozens of instructors, students, cooks for dinner every night. Heather successfully led the event by clear communication, leading by example, and carefully planning every step. We had about half of the students graduate from the program as capable sailors. I am confident Heather would be valuable to any organization which requires leadership, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Heather’s edits helped me to articulate my stories in a way that my audience enjoys reading it. English is my second language, so she could definitely improve and tighten my text. The outcome is beyond satisfying and looks perfect in my portfolio!
