Sven heb ik leren kennen als iemand die erg gedreven en ondernemend is. Hij zet zich met veel toewijding in voor zijn opdrachtgevers en voor LTP. Daarnaast heeft Sven veel kennis van de materie en weet psychologische constructen goed en praktisch te vertalen naar nuttige inzichten. Sven weet ook goed de verbinding te maken, daarom vind ik het prettig om met hem samen te werken. Als collega heb ik veel geleerd van Sven en ik hoop in de toekomst nog vaker met hem te mogen samenwerken.

Met de combinatie van zijn conceptuele denkkracht en pragmatisme hebben we succesvol de Movares Cultuurwaarden vertaald naar en geïmplementeerd in HR-Tooling (selectie assessments en ontwikkel instrumenten). Daarnaast bleek Sven als coach uitstekend in staat om ons team te inspireren en verder op weg te helpen in onze eigen ontwikkeling. Samenwerken met Sven is echt samen.
