Andrew was an exceptional employee. Quick to learn, independently able to perform well, and pleasant to work with. He mastered the task of Print Buyer with ease and was able to process a high volume of work without sacrificing accuracy. I would recommend him highly as a model employee for any job for which he has the basic skill set.

Andrew is an excellent writer, knowledgeable game designer, and an all-around intelligent and productive person. He works well under pressure, turning out a lot of work on a tight schedule while still managing to remain friendly and good-natured.

I developed a curriculum for students identified by their Special Education teams as at-risk for non-completion of high school due to various disabilities interfering with their ability to succeed in the traditional classroom. I provided direct instruction in US History, World History, English Language Arts, Physics, Biology, and Astronomy. I modified existing curricula to focus on project-based and mastery-based learning, allowing students to demonstrate progress and learning in ways that suited their abilities. With the partnership of a School Adjustment Counselor, I founded the program, increasing student participation from 3 initial students to 12 concurrent students and 50 total participants over four years.
