I am currently contributing to ease the 2D cardiac MRI semantic segmentation task. Show more Show less

- Worked along Ph.D. Karim Lekadir and Victor Campello in my bachelor's dissertation titled "Automatic Cardiac Segmentation by Fusing Deep Learning Models". Got the maximum possible grade (10/10).- Got the Everis Awards for best dissertation of my degree. A UPF-Everis issued award.- I implemented an ensemble of convolutional neural networks to perform automatic MRI cardiac segmentation using Tensorflow (1.13).

Worked for several months at Lieber Institute for Brain Development @ John's Hopkins University developing new techniques for cell detection using ImageJ software and Java, mainly focused on Image Segmentation Algorithms.Worked doing some film work as well. After the first internship I got sponsored to go from Barcelona to Baltimore again and keep developing the algorithms to deliver a finished product that could be used in a scientific laboratory environment by other researchers.
