I have been working with Ash for some time at Adobe. All i can say it has been a pleasure and a revelation the same time .Ashley has Sales in his Blood, his knowledge, determination and urge to succeed is next to none and was an inspiration to all of us. The fact that his phone conversations have been used as a reference speaks for itself .Ash is a treasure for every company he will be working for and he will give 100% all the time as he did with Adobe. I wish him all the best in the knowledge that he will always come out on top.

Ash is a quick learner. His understanding of marketing and branding is fantastic, has great questioning skills to find real solutions to business problems. He brings value to any business conversation, straight-talking and bold. He's not afraid to challenge opinions or decisions, no matter your position, if the justification is there.

The Bold Edit is a brand that I have built myself. I am the son of a painter decorator and learned an exeptional amount from my mother. I took my love of art, design and painting and created an upcycling brand. The Bold Edit is an upcycling furniture studio. I take old disused furniture, restore it and give it a new lease of life. As well as sourcing my own projects, I am commissioned by clients. Clients choose my services for three main reasons: - The wealth of sourcing options that I have, suppliers and places to find furniture means that I have a lot of options for clients and thanks to my sales negotiation experience, I have been able to often negotiate good pricing for equipment and base units to make my price competitive- Consultation. I've had years of experience in consultative sales, this experience has given me the skills to not only truly understand the client brief but uncover aspects to allow me to exceed expectations in my designs. - Design. I have a unique approach to the way that I design my pieces that makes them really impacting. Taking the breath away and for those looking to make their space pop, this feeling is invaluable to them. With many at home redecorating and taking pride in their space, this pandemic has presented an opportunity to help individuals with this and provide a business that is environmentally friendly.

Essentially, my role here was to understand customers, their brands and most importantly analytics. Marketo is designed for business with a large turnover, who have working knowledge of marketing automation softwares and their advantages. A key part of my role here was understanding the various technologies that marketers need to use for performance analysis and ultimately give them a tool that would allow them to quantify their worth in pounds and pence. Marketo gives your customer not only a journey and a long lasting experience of your brand. More importantly it allows you to understand the most effective ways for customers to understand their own customers profile. My consultative selling style brought me my success in this role as the requirements to make effective use of the tool required a lot of in depth, consultative conversationMarketo, now an Adobe company has widened Adobe’s leadership in customer experience. The combination of Marketo’s leading B2B marketing engagement solution with Adobe’s Advertising, Analytics, Commerce and Marketing Clouds, puts Adobe squarely at the heart of all marketing.
