Manager of PMO – managing most of the PMO operations; including budgets, grants & management presentations. Skills utilized for success include: • Managing Complexity of the multiple systems. Primarily focused on replacing the Financial System with Lawson/Infor, Enterprise Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence Tools. In addition to these, I have successfully gone live with Driver Sign-In Terminal and OPS Web. • Collaboration and Leadership exhibited in my ability to bring the PMO into better alignment with Finance through updates and macros built in excel to correlate charges in RAMCO with those in the Project Portfolios. Worked with Finance to ensure the Grants and tracking reports align and can account for all remaining costs in all PMO projects as well as other Departmental managed projects. Due to the fact that I built and maintain most of the project tools, I provide the material for most management updates. • Organization, Fast Acting and Delegation are key characteristics that have allowed me to develop policies and procedures for most PMO tasks. This includes Project Charter, Requirements, RFP, Tracking, and Close-Out. • Personal Tenacity to do whatever is needed to get the job done in a professional manner that is on time, within budget and meeting all of the customer’s needs. E.g. with the Driver SIT, I worked with Trapeze to learn what each configuration change does and personally changed and tested these setting for the ideal effectiveness for production. • Technical Knowledge/Experience in IT operations allows me to be a valuable resource in ensuring success by proposing immediate solutions that quickly solve some of the most complex challenges. Just prior to going live with OPS Web, I realized proposed authentication was not secure enough for the data being presented and immediately figured a way to use the ID proximity readers to “TAP” on for access. This also eliminated the need for passwords and the issues around lock-outs and resets. Show less

Business Operations Analyst
-
Mar 1998 - Oct 1999
Corporate Office to manage financial information and staffing. I was the team leader for the Lotus Notes installers where I was responsible for managing the personnel and installation issues, supporting both technical and business operations management between IBM and Kodak. In addition, did the coordination and communications between Kodak and 2 major players in desktop operations; Integron for all off site repairs and PDQ for all product/parts movement. One major accomplishment included the change from a direct departmental billing to a higher level allocation divided into major business units. This required detailed knowledge of all parts of the financial operations in Kodak, to enable billing on an allocation percentage, based on operating costs, back to each unit. In addition, I was a part of the corporate recruiting and staffing team designed to bring in a more diverse and demographic work force. This included many visits to colleges and universities for job fairs, interviews and skill building of the students. Show less

Systems Engineer

Mar 1995 - Mar 1998
I was assigned to the Analytical Technology Division of R&D (ATD). I was responsible for maintaining all network connectivity for over 300 PCs, as well as supporting all application software (installation to trouble shooting). This job required a significant amount of Hardware and Software knowledge as well as keeping current on all new developments. ATD was always on the cutting edge of new products that I was expected to support. I.e. ATD was one of the first private NT Domains and made a quick move from Pathworks to NT 3.51 to NT 4.0. I simultaneously maintained connectivity for Pathworks/VAX, SUN/UNIX systems, Appletalk, private LAN's, NT private domains as well as a master domain model. Show less
