Having sourced Michelle for a VP, Marketing vacancy at Blue J Legal, I was confident from the onset of our interactions that she would not only be a major asset in playing a pivotal role as a subject matter expert in her field, but also as an exceptional leader/mentor to her team and more broadly, to the entire organization. Michelle not only met those expectations very early on, but far exceeded them (among others) during her tenure at Blue J Legal. She is a visionary, extremely brilliant and driven, and one of the most (if not, the most) positive and supportive colleagues I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Michelle never ceases to amaze - whether in respect to her abilities as a Marketing executive, especially when it comes to new product launches, bringing innovative ideas to light, leading and mentoring her peers, being a loyal and trustworthy team member, and in my experience - consistently an absolute joy to work alongside.
