  SPARK AT NTU is a translational research program aimed at supporting researchers of the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore in the development of academic research in new therapies, products and tools. The translational activities are coupled with educational activities aimed at increasing faculty and staff members’ knowledge of the principals and practises of the pharmaceutical and biomedical industry. The program has been created based upon SPARK AT STANFORD, a platform created by Stanford University School of medicine in 2007. The program is integrated in NTUitive the innovation and enterprise company of Nanyang Technological University which manages the University’s intellectual property and handles the challenges of commercialisation of early stage technologies.
