  During my 3 years tenure in the company, I worked under various construction projects like Infrastructure, commercial and hospital buildings and so on., in various places in India. In all these projects, my role was mainly to ensure that my project team gives quality product (building) to the client. Firstly, I have to routinely control and quality check all the incoming construction materials which are used in the project. I also need to maintain all the necessary Quality assurance and Audit… During my 3 years tenure in the company, I worked under various construction projects like Infrastructure, commercial and hospital buildings and so on., in various places in India. In all these projects, my role was mainly to ensure that my project team gives quality product (building) to the client. Firstly, I have to routinely control and quality check all the incoming construction materials which are used in the project. I also need to maintain all the necessary Quality assurance and Audit documents in the project site. Additionally , I also have the responsibility for the concrete production in the site as I was responsible for the Concrete batching plant. I should also have sufficient IS knowledge. I should also act as a coordinator between Client and Project manager as I have to communicate and coordinate with both of them constantly. Finally, my prime aim was to reduce the reworks costs to maximum extent by priorly checking all the construction works in each stage. Show more Show less
