Highlights: *Reorganization – Mortgage, Title, Joint Ventures; Management Addition/Restructure in every department across the mortgage division resulting in 18 new managers with a 94.4% success rate. *Acquisition lead for all things people; most recently the wholly owned subsidiary mortgage and title companies for William Lyon Homes; 300 individuals impacted. *Complete revamp of origination structure to better serve our builder and external customers equally; consisted of compensation overhaul, metric restructure, thorough job analysis and correlating job role and responsibility revamp, incumbent assessment for 13 roles; 99 individuals. *Created a New World of Work program across all companies, abandoning traditional focus on when and where work gets done to how well it gets done - implemented Flex Time and Telecommuting. This increased productivity (ex: up 1.2 units pp daily in our Compliance department), decreased OT (ex: 47% reduction in Processing and 13.6 hours for the group in Compliance) and reduced sick/PTO (ex: average of 4 days pp in Finance). *Launched a company-wide Virtual New Leader Assimilation Program; this program is designed to cut 3-6 months out of the normal assimilation process, accelerating the development of an effective working relationship and significantly enhancing the likelihood of the team’s success.
