Southdowns Retirement Village

  Southdowns is a small village for elderly people once they have retired. They have almost 200 properties and many facilities and amenities for residents to enjoy. There are also nurses on duty 24 hours a day for peace of mind. I undertook two jobs with this company as it was very close to my heart helping the lovely residents. I would collect their refuse every weekend morning, while chatting with them and keeping those lonely company. During lunch time, I would go to the kitchen and help the chef cook the food, delivery to those unable to walk to the restaurant and waitress for those who came to dine in the restaurant. This was a very fulfilling role.
