I had the pleasure of working with Dave in the Networking Operations Data Science team at Cisco. Dave is a star Data Scientist and has a very sharp analytical mind. I particularly enjoyed the brainstorming sessions where we formulated several software quality related data science problems together. Dave was able to independently deliver several of the ML models by processing and understanding the data, coming up with meaningful solutions and iteratively improving the models. Dave is self-motivated and a self-learner, he keeps up with the latest in the fast growing fields of ML, NLP and computer vision. He is able to quickly apply his learnings to successfully deliver innovative solutions and improve model accuracy and performance.
