Director of Football Operations 1. Responsible for the overall supervision and development of the football team under the guidelines of the overall football program. 2. Responsible to monitor the assignments of the programs assistant coaches. 3. Responsible for development of practice plans for assigned ‘alone’ time. 4. Responsible for the general upkeep, inventory and protection of equipment and facilities under the jurisdiction of the program. 5. Maintain on going communication with the Athletic Director regarding any development within the program. 7. Work with the AD in the off-season to plan, create, and implement team philosophies. 8. Responsible for the creation and overall implementation of the team playbook. 9. Responsible for creating a game plan and strategy for each opponent. 10. Responsible for break down and editing of opponent’s Varsity film to present to team during film sessions. 11. Responsible for collecting end of the year evaluations from each individual coach and athlete and presenting them to the AD. 12. Assist AD with any projects necessary. 13. Responsible to effectively teach fundamentals, position details, and strategies of football during preparation and practice sessions for individual skill position as assigned by varsity head coach.
