It is a great pleasure to write this recommendation for Ms Aalya Banu. I have known Aalya for more than eight years. I came to know her well when she was working on her Master’s research under my supervision. As the supervisor to her Master's research, I have found her performance to be consistent and impressive. She has a strong motivation for scientific work and is focused and determined in her research activities. During her master’s project, Aalya demonstrated the ability to work independently with creativity and enthusiasm as well as effectively collaborate with her colleagues. She was quick to learn various programming languages, especially MATLAB and use it effectively for simulation and analysis. Her hard work and perseverance paid off when her work was accepted for publication in two international journals. During her masters, she was awarded the merit-based prestigious Malaysian International Scholarship (MIS) by the Malaysian Government to reward extraordinary academic excellence from around the world. Ms Aalya is talented, competent and has excellent communication skills. Keeping in view of her capabilities, a strong sense of motivation and perseverance, she will be a credit to your institution / organisation. I give her my highest recommendation without reservation.

I have known Aalya professionally and personally for about 4 years and more and during this time I have had the pleasure of working with her on various projects. Aalya is an amazing person to work with. She has an excellent command over her skill set, which spans across many domains. She does her best to understand her topics well. Among the number of projects she had worked on, I remember the challenges she had on Vibrational control system. She had placed day and night to implement the project. She has a positive aura around her workmates. Her manner and ethics of work has been a source of motivation for many of us. I wish her all the best in any of her future endeavors.
