Worked alongside Managing Directors Tim Clark and David Enthoven; highly regarded thought leaders in the music industry. Artists represented at ie:music included Archive, Bryan Ferry, Horace Andy, Jimmy Paige, Ladyhawke, Passenger, Robbie Williams and Sia. During my 14 years working for the company I was a PA, office manager, assistant to the managers, personal manager to Horace Andy and manager of Archive. My role was to ensure seamless communication between artist and wider teams relating to all aspects of an artists career.Key responsibilities:-Devise annual strategies for writing and recording -Co-ordinate and roll out marketing plans & promotional schedules for releases-Planning and executing online strategies with record company teams -Liaise with 3rd parties and band lawyers on 3rd party deals within the recording, publishing and promotional arenas-Manage annual budgets in excess of £500K across touring, recording, technical and audio visual production.-Booking and negotiating of all studio time and budgeting of all albums. Negotiation of musician fees (inc orchestra, choirs)-Devised online strategies to build community and direct marketing to fan whilst enhancing fan experiences-Develop merchandise line, source products, set pricing and identify sales opportunities -Liaise with designers on all album and promotional and marketing material and ensuring continuity across campaigns-Create all label copy for all studio albums -Manage all touring commitments (promotional, acoustic, electric and orchestral)-Approve tour routes/dates/billings, production budgets, hiring of key touring personnel-Accompany artist on all touring and promotional commitments -Coordinate all filmed concerts, documentaries, promotional videos & photographic shoots
