Zsófi is one of the most enthusiastic Human Factors Specialists I have ever worked with. Her knowledge of psychology constructs and evidence of their validity is vast. Zsófi has also set up some incredibly useful tools for our team, enabling us to measure human performance in the operation consistently and process the data with minimal effort. We loved the tool so much we've named it the "Berkes Tool".
