As a Regional Manager, I make sure my region is accessible, complete and running it’s best course. With this goal in mind, I manage the Benelux team. My main focus is to work with my venues to increase their revenue, help them with their Marketing and online ticketing. Next to that, I take on and lead projects within Tiqets that are taking place in my region. During my time at the Sales Department of the Rijksmuseum, I took care of the B2B sales activities. I was in close contact with our resellers and made sure all was done to reach more visitors through these channels.Next to that, I started the project to secure a Reseller Platform for all B2B sales, to increase the level of professionalism within the Sales. Next to that, I managed international Marketing campaigns in the city.

At the Press Office we made sure that all was done to het the best press coverage possible. I organised shoots and facilitated camera crews in the museum.I organised several press openings, like the opening of the Late Rembrandt exhibition (2015) and the opening of the Philips wing of the museum (2014).

As a Marketing & Communication Advisor, I handled several projects,, like the communication strategy during the renovation of the museum. Here I made the communications plan and ensured communication at the Museum Square was in place. For this, we started the campaign with our colleagues to communicate the move. Also, I was responsible for the communication to our local partners and neighbours. I worked at the Press Office to handle all request of the press and organise several press openings. On the 13th op April, after 10 years of renovation, the new Rijksmuseum was open again! I was lucky enough to help with the re-opening of the Rijksmuseum (2013). I assisted all the camera crews, shoots and journalists in the museum. Next to that, we took care of the big press opening in anticipation of the grand opening. During the grand opening, we made sure all was taken care off with the press and ensure that the live broadcasting went accordingly.
