  My research experience includes active participation in projects that employ molecular dynamics simulations and machine learning techniques to model and analyze biochemical systems. Throughout my research, I have gained proficiency in various programming languages including Python, C++, and Bash. Additionally, I have developed skills in machine learning model design and training, as well as an understanding of how in vitro and in silico approaches can complement each other. I have utilized molecular dynamics simulations to investigate the stability of different mutations in the hypervariable region of Pembrolizumab. By evaluating its viability as a potential treatment for specific cancers, we contributed to advancing our understanding of monoclonal antibody therapy. I have also used molecular dynamics simulations to examine protein–protein interactions that arise under crowded conditions, such as those found in the cytosol of cells. Through this research, we furthered our understanding of such interactions, which is essential for comprehending cell signaling and disease states, as well as the development of effective therapeutics that act in these conditions.
