Here I worked mainly behind the cigarette counter as I was a trusted and fast worker, capable of deciding whether a proof of identification was necessary. Other duties included messaging over the antenna and shelf stocking. Within this role it was essential to be self-dependant and reliable, ensuring all procedures were always strictly followed. Here I worked behind the counter, and as customer service. Also I would clean and restocked shelves as well as doing the stock take to prepare the coming week’s new orders. Here I was often trusted alone in the shop where I would deal with any problems as they arose and resolved them solo where and when possible.
