  At Timberland I worked the overnight shift 3 nights/week. I monitored over 15 AS400 partitions, over 5 AIX systems and numerous windows and linux servers for issues using HP Openview. I then reported those issues using ServiceNow tracking/reporting software and maintained communication with the offshore support vendor to ensure the problems are rectified in a timely manner.
