Alumni reaching the milestone of 50 years are inducted in the Golden Scots Ceremony and are responsible for programming and special events throughout the weekend. Preparation involves six meetings throughout the year involving event coordination, catering, and logistical details involving campus partners.Connecting and coordinating for the Alumni Board, including international members. Event production and staffing. Including cross-campus partnerships and collaborations. Coordination of twice-annual Alumni Board meetings which are weekend-long sessions focusing on volunteer engagement, alumni community development, and designation of Alumni Award recipients and future board members. Working with a network of over 30,000 alumni for the college for intergenerational engagement to the campus and current students.Reunion 2018 and 2019 volunteer staffing coordination and management. Coordination of 60+ staff members for volunteer roles during a four-day, 75 event reunion. Distribution of detailed role description, parking details, meal provisions, and alumni relations included for each individual.Partnering with the Department of Multicultural life for various student and staff programming and professional development opportunities.Supervision of 6 student workers. Implementing training, professional development, and conducting performance reviews.
