  I now work at EarthRights International, where I do community organizing with a focus on Community Health Impact Assessment work and youth. I also help other ERI staff coordinate trainings with communities on legal issues and transboundary impacts, and organize exchanges between communities who are facing the same earth rights abuses.   Working with Youth of Klity group (Klity Lang D-jung) at Klity village, Kanchanaburi, Thailand, focused on cultural and traditional of Poe Karen. I actively monitor the ongoing environmental issues to help the villagers in my community have a clean river, clean environment, and fish without lead. The government still cleaning up our river. The one of the important things that we want is a new young generation to keep monitoring, following up with the case, and keep conserving our Karen cultural, traditional, livelihood, and Karen language.
