Ron went from Fitness Manager to General Manager at Golds Gym-Pasadena in a very short time because he had the skill set needed to organize and motivate a team in dire need of leadership. He is direct and honest but also empathic to his team and knows what they need to perform to expectation. I know that he can succeed in any management job he chooses and has the drive and energy to make things happen.

Ron is one of the best managers I've worked for my entire career. He is no-nonsense, but also compassionate. He is motivating and great at development. Ron know is not only a great manager who helped me believe in myself, he also does what is necessary to meet business need.
