It gives me immense pleasure to write in recommendation of Betsy Freeman, my ex-manager. She has been my mentor, manager and a friend. I have found her to be a pleasant, generous person who is never afraid to take on a challenging decision. Betsy is organized, efficient, extremely competent, and has an excellent rapport with people of all ages. Her communication skills, both written and verbal, are excellent. Besides being a joy to work with, Betsy is a take-charge person who is able to present creative ideas and communicate the benefits. She has successfully managed the QA organization at CNSI that have resulted in increased revenue. Though she was an asset to the QA Organization, Betsy was also extraordinarily helpful in other areas of the company. In addition, Betsy played a leadership role in Corporate, inspiring and motivating other colleagues. I highly recommend Betsy. She is a team player and would make an extremely valuable asset to any organization.

      • Overall task was to analyze and complete internal and external modernization of the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) Project Core. • As a consultant working on Project Core on the Mathtech Inc. team, responsible for developing the entire set of Maryland SDLC- and CMMI-compliant IT processes for the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration IT and PM groups. In addition, defined, trained and rolled out the Quality Assurance Test function.• Working with consulting team and MVA to define and document MVA business processes, leading towards total modernization. Acted as a Team Lead for the Foundation Team, a team of 10 MVA employees that will work with the system modernization vendor when chosen. Worked with this team to finesse 550+ business processes, forms, business rules and associated materials to prepare for the complete overhaul of the MVA system.
