  Ayesa is an Engineering and IT Company with more than 3.000 employees and revenues of 250 M EUR in an international environment (Latam, India, Malasya, Algeria, Europe…). After a first step as International CFO (2011-2013), the appointment as CFO was looking for getting involved the financial management into the business strategies. This meant designing and implementing financial policies and procedures which let the company manage financial risks (rate, of exchange, taxes...), cash management, financing and financial control. According to the Strategic Plan, the Company expected to double revenues in 3 years through a diversification and international growth. Previously, as International CFO, the position was designed to lead all international growth from a corporate point of view (finance, legal, hhrr, ...). This meant to develop the financial strategy through the different international offices (setting up new branch/subsidiaries in new countries), keeping administration and control of the subsidiaries and managing the financial risks of the international projects (the number of big international projects went from a 2-3 big projetcts of 4-5 M EUR in 2011 up to 10-12 projects of up to 40 M EUR in 2013).
