I served on three different positions, including Joint Fleet Telecommunications Operations Center Watch Officer, Command Readiness Training Team Lead, and Operations Department Training Officer to oversee 9,000 US Central Command and 5th Fleet assets' operational customer service, mission-critical communications, and flawless IP connectivity. In order to improve operational effectiveness and emergency readiness during the heightened tensions in the Central Command and 5th Fleet area, I started new training programmes for three departments. I also created competitive standard operating procedures (SOP) for testing and drilling continuity of operations plans that involved five separate commands all over the world. Some of key contributions and accomplishments for this section are: • Earned appreciation by Commanding Officer and ranked #1 amongst 12 fellow JFTOCS. • Selected amongst 20 Officers to create and implement the command's Junior Information Professional Officer training pipeline, resulting in maximizing operational manning flexibility by 45%. • Implemented new training pipeline, resulting in 100% board pass rate. • Leveraged analytical aptitude, ensuring 100% reliability of 767 communications circuits throughout all satellite spectrums during the onset of State Actor Aggression tactics. • Increased watch qualifications by 30% and watch bill flexibility by 45%. • Improved and maintained availability rating of telecommunications, networking, and IP services for ~9,000 CENTCOM assets conducting combat operations by 99%. • Directed testing and trials of a time critical ADNS Cisco performance routing expansion increasing command's telecommunications and networking capability by 12% to include national and strategic level missions. • Recognized for delivering exceptional performance and promoted to “Operations Training Officer”, while maximizing command’s operational team personnel readiness by 62%.
