I worked with Dalila in her role as a Career & Academic Advisor at the College of Coastal Georgia in 2021/2022. Dalila is an extremely hard worker. She was tasked with double duty shortly after coming on board when our nursing advisor left her position. Despite being new, she handled the entire Health Sciences and Nursing caseloads which totaled over 450 students! She efficiently and effectively managed this load through the transition and was instrumental in creating guides for the incoming Nursing Advisor, making that transition much easier. Dalila also created many guides and documents to help her advisees navigate the transition from high school to college. She maintains a busy schedule but always has time to meet with students to ensure their success.
