Country Manager Portugal (March 2022 - Currently) - Responsible for the launch and development of the company in Portugal leading a team of 11 people. - Definition of the business plan and coordination of the HQ team. - Launch of the website, app and marketing campaigns in Portugal. - Recruitment of pharmacies for the DocFarma network and coordination of the marketing, content, logistics and legal among other departments.
