During my time at Huawei, Jay has delivered a number of TX projects into me for mobile carrier scope. He has proven to be very professional in the approach to his work and is well qualified for the role as a Senior IP network engineer. For all Projects/tasks I have asked him to deliver, he has performed exceptionally to ensure that they were delivered within timeframes. These tasks have included Network Architecture Solutions, High level Design, Model testing (POC/UAT), project delivery through to Customer Acceptance. He communicates clearly with both Customer and team members in a calm and structured manner that shows a level of authority and direction especially during high pressure projects. He also acts as a Mentor to team members with his knowledge/experience sharing. I would not hesitate in recommending Jay for any technical/Management role that he chooses to take in the future.
