DONOVAN Creative Communications is an internationally award-winning full-service branding and marketing agency founded by Michael Donovan in 2000 and incorporated in 2003. DONOVAN grew to be 30 full-time staff before merger with ZGM in late 2013 to make us the province's largest single agency with offices in Edmonton and Calgary. Significant work in aviation and transportation, financial services, and post-secondary branding and marketing, among other sectors. Client rebrands and marketing strategies included Athabasca University, Edmonton International Airport, Hamilton International Airport, Oakland International Airport, the Edmonton Public Library, and Waterous Power Systems nationally (now Wajax). DONOVAN focuses on helping clients build strategies that created new market penetration and opportunities for growth; significant experience in loyalty and drive leakage program building and consulting for Oakland International, Hamilton International, and Edmonton International airports, among others. Agency acquired by ZGM Collaborative Marketing in 2013.
