  ● Follow up the steps of production of urea formaldehyde liquid resin. ● Coordinate the laboratorial results and adjusting the conditions of operation to Reach the best quality with minimum costs. ● Put a program of maintenance of the plant parts. ● Coordination with the maintenance department to achieve the maintenance program. ● Coordination with other managements(Lab., warehouse, quality, service, sales) ● Prepare daily performance summaries to monitor plant by studying laboratory test reports, standard log sheets and other daily operating activity reports, and highlights abnormalities and suggests corrective actians to supervisor. ● Collect monthly plant production and operating data, evaluates unit efficiencies by relating chemicals and energy consumption and prepares reports with comments. ● Testing& implementing changes in plant operation, and trouble shooting of operating problem. ● Have Experience in analysis laboratories for production and raw material ● Experience in dealing with reactors, cooling tower, heat exchangers, chillers, boilers, blowers and storage tanks. ● Find out production problems and suggest improvement Show less
