Successful project management of the demobilisation of the NSW Country Regional Network by January 2012. Implemented all necessary safety interface agreements, and signalling modifications required. Negotiated transfers of key rail equipment and in excess of 400,000 electronic files. Conducted a smooth transfer in early 2012 and minimised the transition risk for ARTC.
