  Supported a group of coachees' ways of thinking and ensured the coachees would implement or take actions based on what the coachees had thought, said, and planned. Guided six coaching sessions as discussion spaces to connect perspectives from the coachees by reviewing key learning and development journaling that refrained from the bi-weekly sessions for the coachee can achieve AIESEC Values.
