I worked on the toolkit project a couple of years before Ron was hired. We were in dire straights with a project falling behind schedule. Little did Ron know that he was inheriting a project doomed to fail from the start. Alas, with his expert experience in managing projects, he was able to convince the customer that a re-plan was necessary, and the expectations were too high. With many weeks of deliberation, and hard work from myself and my co-workers, we were able to deliver the product in phases, meeting every new deadline set by Ron. His role on the project was nothing less than amazing, and would have surely failed without him
