Contributes to strategic business goals and operational business opportunities supporting existing and newly established automotive programs, impacting services and automotive battery product offerings at mobile, retail, and repair locations. - Acts as program manager and provides administrative support for strategic initiatives, inclusive of internal customers and AAA suppliers, for the implementation of a new program, in partnership with Genuine Parts Company (NAPA), for AAA branded premium batteries to impact more than 6,000 stores and over 4,000 repair shops Nationwide. - Administers program elements including cost/benefits analysis, testing projects, data analysis, performance measurement and communicating finding and recommendations to customer and suppliers to include program manager, Club Assist, NAPA, and AAA’s Battery Governance Group. -Consults with Program Manager to identify current operating procedures and align automotive battery program objectives and business requirements to include formulating project plans, priorities, management and budget, outlining tasks required, and submits plan for review prior to user approval and implementation.
