When you think of improvement you think of Emma Jean Smith. I've had the pleasure of witnessing a young talented co-worker who came in with a strong mind and talent and changed the way we handled projects. She always produces excellent insights and puts her heart into every project. I can't imagine any analytical role that wouldn't fit Emma.

Emma was in Business Analytics while I was a Senior Business Process Consultant. She worked on various complex data analysis missions and provided support with a high level of expertise. She is a great team player, and provides difficult to understand data in a simple easy to understand presentation. She has excelled in statistics and applies her knowledge in a very competent manner. All the best in her career.
