I hired Isabel soon after I joined Medtronic Portugal as General Manager. Isabel was working with Albuquerque Associados at the time and she showed me 2 key aspects of her value: a deep knowledge of her job and an unbreakable focus in defending the client interests, even before her own. Isabel helped me putting order in the complex public tender environment of the country at the time, with a very lean sales organization that was struggling with the sales development tasks highly interrupted and even destroyed by mistakes in the bureaucratic requirements. We achieved a growth of 10 times the departing revenue, reaching the highest profitability in Western Europe. Isabel was a key part in such a development, allowing me to focus on the customers, the organizational development while keeping the compliance and the administrative effectiveness at the highest level. I would work with Isabel again any time.
